On-site overview

The workpiece being processed is a composite tube sheet. The upper layer material is 309+347 stainless steel surfacing with a thickness of 6mm, and the lower layer is 16MnⅣ material with a total thickness of 150mm.

Equipment condition

Zhongjie CNC gantry drilling and milling machine, Siemens 828d CNC system, spindle power 15KW, BT50 interface, rotation accuracy 0.005mm, center water cooling pressure 18bar.

Tool scheme

The tolerance requirement is 19.25+0.1. The stainless steel layer uses a 3D tool holder with a stainless steel special drill tip CMA, specification Φ19.3, parameters: S900, F120; the carbon steel layer uses an 8D tool holder with a soft steel high-centering drill tip CPC, specification Φ19.25, parameters: S2000, F286.
